I don’t know that there is any evidence that exercise makes our Multiple Sclerosis (MS) better or worse. It’s hard to do a study on the impact of exercise on the disease when stress is a trigger for some of us, and exercise is a form of stress. That sad part about this is that, just like anyone else, if we don’t exercise we will become unhealthy.
Staying fit is one of the ways I manage my Multiple Sclerosis (MS). The question was not if I should exercise but rather how should I exercise.
Although my methods may not for everyone, if you can find a way to exercise it may be beneficial. It’s really up to you.
