There are a growing number of people around the world with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) who are on the move and letting nothing get in their way. They are paddlers, swimmers, runners, boxers, skiers, divers, weightlifters, triathletes, hockey players, curlers, gymnasts, cyclists, rowers … they are athletes!
They believe – therefore they achieve. Here’s a few of their stories:
I saw Pam your fan at Thetis this AM and asked about your weekend swim. And she give afew details such as over 33hours in the water and rough waves and how you fought the wind. That bloody wind on Cowichan nearly did me in 2years ago and I ask Pam did Susan fight from the west or east? She said west I hit it from the east on my 10 miles swim. Well it’s over what’s next??!!! Good swim wonderful courage.Cheers,Estlle
